Please read these terms carefully before booking
Dream Ferries is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all rights to its website and content.
Customers are responsible for ensuring travel date, time, and destination are correct before payment. By making payment and issuing an Order Summary/Booking number/Itinerary, seats are confirmed immediately. All passengers above the age of 3 years must purchase a seat.
No refunds will be granted if the travel date/time is within 48 hours. Refund eligibility depends on whether cancellation insurance was purchased: 100% / 70% / 50% refund (excluding service fees and other fees). Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Ferry tickets are issued in the passenger’s name, are personal and non-transferable, and are valid only for the date and trip for which they were issued.
Passengers must check in at the operator’s counter at least 45 minutes before departure. For international travel, allow extra time for immigration clearance and ensure required documents. Late check-in and missed departures are the passenger’s responsibility. Additional passengers or age discrepancies may incur extra charges from the operator.
Tickets are sent by email after booking. If you do not receive the ticket, contact support. Passengers must present documents or e-ticket and collect the boarding pass at least 45 minutes before departure.
If you are unable to board on time or according to the schedule, you will be charged the full fare and will not be refunded.
The company is not responsible for delays, route changes due to weather or pier authority orders. Maximum baggage: 2 pieces, total 15 kg. The company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal baggage.
Shuttle operators may change or amend itineraries without prior notice. Vehicle seating depends on operator design. We are not responsible for sudden schedule changes or customers waiting at the wrong pickup point.
Vehicles may be owned or chartered. We make reasonable efforts to provide the booked vehicle type, but reserve the right to replace, downgrade, or upgrade due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to delays.
Passengers with medical conditions, pregnancy, or special assistance needs must disclose details at booking. The company may require a medical certificate and may request accompaniment. Passengers over 26 weeks pregnant are prohibited unless certified fit to travel. Special assistance is subject to availability.
Dream Ferries is not liable for actions of ferry/shuttle partners or events on the partner’s side, including schedule changes, delays, seat numbers, loss or accidents. Complaints can be submitted for resolution where possible.
Customers must provide authentic payment proof (e.g., bank transfer slip). Falsified or altered documents may result in legal consequences.
By proceeding with a booking and payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. This acceptance is indicated by checking the terms acceptance box on the booking and payment page.
Only registered members earn points. Earn 1 point per 100 THB spent. Max 1,000 points/day. Points expire 2 years after last booking. Minimum booking amount for redemption: 500 THB. The company may modify or cancel the program at any time.
